Mine is still going strong. I would not know why others would break down unless they either clean it wrong leave it charging too long or dust and other particles get on the LED lights. I keep mine dusted off, and kept wrapped in a velvet bag out of direct sunlight and never get it wet. 

I read many negative reviews about this mask breaking down after a month of use. Are you still happy about it?

I haven't yet found anything bad about the product. 

I love my results so far. I am very new to using this and using this on top of using my everyday facial routine products have shown better results together then alone.
