Rice Enzyme Protein Toner

This toner is AMAZING. It moisturizes the skin very well. I’ve noticed a difference in dark spots and skin texture within the past week of using it. This is my favorite milky toner now. I love that it’s a big bottle It isnt too heavy or oily, and sinks into the skin beautifully leaving me wth soft supple skin!!

I didnt find anything bad about the product.
