I really like the tone up cream. This is my first tone up cream products and it really satisfied me.
⛅White Dew tone up cream helps to brighten, smoothen and even out our skin tone. The cream will keep our skin hydrated and moisturized. It also claims to be able to improve dark spots with their advanced brightening technology.
⛅It blends smoothly and nicely on my skin. It is not heavy or sticky at all. Most importantly, you don't need to intensely rub it to blend with your skin. It is just so natural, lightweight, and has no whitecast feeling.
⛅If you're wondering, this has subtle and elegant scent which is enjoyable to use. Since I don't enjoy tinted products for complexion, I do rely on tone up cream and this one helps me to achieve fresh and natural look.

The brightening effect is definitely not permanent, at least with this alone. But I used to use this regularly combined with their emulsion from the same line and they both worked wonder on my skin! I can definitely tell the brightening and moisturizing effect.
