Baciel - EddieR review for Hydra Barrier Cica Essence Toner

This is one of the few hyaluronic toners that's not sticky or goey. I was super impressed by the texture and effectiveness. You get skin softening, hydration immediately with this Cica toner. With no fragrances or dyes, I think it is an ideal product especially those with sensitive, irritated skin. This does a good job of hydrating and repairing the skin. Overall, this is a great toner that packs in the hydration even before moisturizer use.
