Onion Newpair Spot Patch - Basic

Love the hygenic, easy-to-peel, perforated design of the package.

A bit more pricey than other patches. I'm not sure if it's hydrocolloid. Not entirely certain if the added niacinamide or onion extract helped with minimizing blemishes—a basic hydrocolloid patch seems just as effective.

It's effective but not any more effective than the regular, less expensive CosRX hydrocolloid pimple patch. Pimple patches do not minimize pimples as much as they are treatment for pimples that are already there (as wound/blister care). Regular sanitization and proper application of any pimple patch as well as sun protection minimizes scarring and discolouration, so the presence of niacinamide and onion extract seems superfluous overall — especially if you already use a brightening active (like niacinamide which is almost in all other skincare products) in your routine.
