Did you know that ethyl formate, the molecule that gives raspberries their amazing flavor, is also found in space? That’s what inspired the name of Good Light’s newest product, Taste of Space Lip Milk. This is a product that really intrigued me. I’m a big lippie fan but didn’t have anything else like this in my collection yet so I had to try it. Good Light describes this as a toner for your lips and that’s exactly how I use it. I actually consider this part of my skincare routine and keep it in my skincare drawer. I use it morning and evening before applying my lippie for the day/night. It goes on milky but quickly sinks into your lips and disappears. It gives lips a boost of hydration, but similar to a toner you would use on your face, you need to lock in the hydration with something on top. I find that my lips actually get a little dry if I don’t put a lip gloss/balm/oil on top. But as long as you do that you’ll have juicy and soft lips. And you guessed it, it tastes like raspberries! It has a true raspberry taste, not that artificial raspberry taste. And it smells amazing too!
