It looks white when putting it on the puff but when applying it onto your skin it is clear. Putting on my makeup afterwards is much easier. It goes on so smoothly after using this powder cushion as a primter. It really provides a smooth canvas for applying any makeup. I also noticed that my pores look smaller and are blurred. It provided sebum control and a mattifying effect during the day. I love the packaging. It has a separate compartment for the puff to keep it hygienic and it comes with a mirror.
