I use Tret every other night. the stuff is great for the nights I don’t use it so I don’t get dry flakes. You only wanna rub the stuff on your skin for 10 seconds, even though it’s gentle, it’s powerful. I only use it a couple times a week. Be careful with this especially if you’re doing a hot shower - steam will amplify the exfoliating effect
