Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner

I've been using this toner for about a year. It helps brighten and even out my skin tone when I'm using it with other tyrosinase inhibitors (a-arbutin, azelaic acid, l-ascorbic acid, and tranexamic acid). It's gentle. Doesn't dry out my skin. It is one of my favorite toners. FYI, new look but the same ingredients.

Nothing. I like this cleansing toner.
