This is a super thin, lightweight moisturizer which dries down to a natural matte finish. It has a light peachy color. One noticeable feature is the herbal scent, likely due to the acne fighting ingredients. I personally enjoy herbal scents, but it could be a turn off for some.
I prefer to use this product in the morning since I like a heavier moisturizer in the evening. I have combination skin so I would apply this moisturizer all over the face after rinsing with water, and followup with a heavier moisturizer on dry areas like the cheeks.
I felt this product helped calm some redness in my skin and I didn't have any huge breakouts while using it so I would recommend it for oily acne prone skin. However I wouldn't say it was amazing for oil control, as my t zone would still get oily throughout the day as usual.
