🌊 This is a biphase mist that has an oil layer on top of a water layer for better moisture retention. It’s also enriched with Scutellaria Baicalensis, Lonicerae Floss, and Forsythia Fruit to cool down skin, and moisturizes and nourishes skin with Seawater, Polyquaternium-4, Ceramide and Jojoba Seed.
🌊 I actually just finished the Keep Cool and Soothe Mist a couple of months ago, and I must say I like the mild fruity-floral scent of this one better.
🌊 Temperature’s rising in our part of the world as we’re nearing peak summer season, so I find myself reaching for this mist by default because it’s just so refreshing and my dry skin really appreciates a bi-phase mist that gives me additional moisture on top of the hydration.
🌊 The spray mechanism is not super fine or even but if you spray at arm’s length it is workable, although it tends to spurt big droplets once in a while. This makes it challenging as a setting spray as you want to avoid tracks down your face, though I don’t usually set my makeup with mist so it’s not such a big problem for me. I think it might be better for this to go under your base though, instead of on top.
