Oats Calming Glow Weightless Facial Oil

This calming facial oil combines Oats, Rice Water and Squalane to create an essence-like texture that hydrates and calms the skin. It gives my skin such a nice radiant glow. It does not make my skin feel sticky at all. Nice to use by itself or blend with my makeup. Highly recommend!
