The cream claims to be a non-greasy and fast-absorbing cream that helps to soothe the skin and strengthen the skin barrier, acne-free and clearer skin. I actually find it greasy and it doesn't get absorbed into my skin. After applying the serum, I would apply this to seal it but it feels like both the serum and cream just kinda sat on my skin. I often wonder if I rubbed them off on my blanky and pillowcase. BUT I do find that my skin is softer and brighter the next morning. It doesn't feel oily but has a healthy glow. The cream does help in soothing not the best but at least it doesn't further irritate me or cause redness.

It claims to be non greasy but I find it really greasy.
As for whether it helps in acne, I don't think so. My acne didn't go away nor did it diminish. I think it helped to deactivate the activeness of my acne (does this make sense? haha. the acne didn't burst, lol). I think an acne patch would give me the same results (deactivating acne).
Did it create a miracle for me? - Nope, nada. But hey, this is my opinion for my skin. (My housemate has dry skin and it didn't work for her too).
