Chamomile pH-Balanced Toner

This is a nice, low pH toner for those looking for something lightly hydrating and soothing. There is a natural chamomile scent but it's very light and dissipates quickly. I only notice it when I stick my nose to the bottle or if I'm using it as a mist. It's a pretty basic toner all in all.

It does leave the teeniest tiniest bit of an oily film behind. It doesn't bother me and I feel like it helps my skin stay moisturized on nights that I'm applying tretinoin.
