affordable Korean eyeliner that is bang for money. It has quality that rivals that expensive western brand eyeliner but low price.
Review: I got it in brown black because it looks more natural on my eyelids black. I have sparse eyelashes and my eyebrow looks gray instead of black so thus I got brown black. It comes in form of pen with super thin pen liner that make application a breeze. The liquid comes out very smooth and pigmented. I don't even need to use primer when using this eyeliner. It doesn't budge even after 8 hours on my oily eyelids and in hot humid temperature. The highly rave western brand doesn't even cut it and made me look like panda right after 30minutes.
Overall: A very affordable Korean eyeliner that is good on my hooded oily eyelids. I will buy it again in the future for the good effect, ease of usage and the price point.
