This lip plumper does not feel sticky at all. It has a moisturizing texture, and the see through tint goes on so smoothly like a balm. It gives my lips a smooth fruity gloss. I love that I can adjust and intensify the tint on my lips by applying more coats. The plumping effect gives a bit of a tingling sensation on application but is not too overpowering. Shade 11 gives my lip a natural pink glass gloss and shine and shade 12 is a clear gray glossy shade. I love that these lip plumping glosses have a nice fruity flavor. My lips feel instantly hydrated after application. It goes on so smoothly without leaving any sticky feeling to my lips. It does not only hydrate my lips but also make my lips feel smooth, and look plumper with an amazing shine. I always have dry and chapped lips and I am so glad that I have found a lip product that not only hydrates my lips throughout the day but nourishes them, locks in moisture, and provides them with a nice hint of color (#11) or shine (#12).
