I have never been one to use a primer until the last year or so. I have received so many from my subscription boxes that I feel like an expert now 😂
I recently picked this beauty up as I am a huge @tatcha fan and had to give it a try. My favorite up until this was @tartecosmetics - Limited Edition Timeless Smoothing Primer as it is perfect for blurring out my pores. I still like to use them both at times using the Tarte primer for my t-zone.
What I love about Tatcha liquid primer it is a weightless oil-free liquid silk primer that protects skin from pollutants, and makeup, minimizes clogged pores, while helping your look go on better and last longer.
💜 Let’s hear from Tatcha:
Blurs: Silk extracts feel nourishing on skin and instantly diminish the look of pores, fines lines and imperfections for the perfect canvas before makeup.
Primes: Silk powder makes makeup glide on more evenly and last longer, minimizing excess shine with a soft focus finish.
Protects: Protective barrier derived from botanicals acts as a barrier between makeup and skin, helping to minimizing clogged pores that can lead to breakouts. Anti-pollution natural active ingredients fight immediate attack from environmental stressors and help support the skin's barrier function to act against future attack, visibly reducing the appearance of wrinkles and dullness.
Enhances: Pink and gold pearl helps even skin tone for a healthy look.
Anti-aging: Hadasei-3â„¢, a trinity of Japanese superfoods, green tea, rice and algae, visibly restores youthful radiance.
To me, this is absolutely a skincare product versus classed as makeup! I just love all the benefits my skin is soaking up!
I honestly don’t wear makeup a whole lot, maybe a few times a week, but I have found this is just as great on its own. It gives my face a soft, even look. So if you don’t need foundation and want to just enhance your skin and maybe blur some of those pores, definitely pick this gem up!
I apply 1 pump to my skin with fingers after SPF, before any makeup.
