I've recently repurchased E45 cream to test whether or not my psoriasis will approve and thankfully it has! I've been using a pea size amount on my skin and gently massaging it in with clean hands after I have completed my skincare routine. I'm very grateful it is not a steroid cream since sadly I am very allergic from & that this product is approved by dermatologists!
the affected areas I have is my:
nose, elbows, and typical body acne from hormone unbalance.
but now has calmed down massively and I'm just left with slight redness after a couple weeks of use. praying it will go down fully after a month of total use (tis looking hopefully).
