This toner is one of the most gentle toner that helps to control you oil and leave your skin refreshed.
Texture and smell : super watery and have a touch of natural tea smell to it.
Oil Control: it did a really god job to control your oil. Personally, I like to use it with cotton pad so that I could take away al dirt and oil in the morning while leaving my skin refreshed.
All the ingredients are gentle to skin with no heavy add on like fragrance, alcohol or mineral oil. My sensitive skin works with this toner a lot.
In terms of hydration, this toner is not hydrating as its main function is to hydrate your skin. Therefore, I would only recommend this toner to oily sensitive skin that loves a simple toner. For dry skin, you would feel nothing hydrating but dryness.
