Apart from the difficult packaging, the product itself is really nourishing. It's like an in-between of an essence and cream with it's creamy/watery formula. This hydrated my oily skin but I don't think it's enough for people with super dry skin. Also, I felt moisturized enough with the essence so this step wasn't a must on my face (great for the neck though). I liked the glowy finish and the cooling sensation. Overall, I'd recommend if it came with a pump instead.

- The product's packaging design needs to take ergonomics into account. A creamy viscous lotion in a non-squeezy glass bottle with a small dispensing opening is a recipe for disaster. It felt like fighting with a ketchup bottle to get the product out, and after hitting when it finally did, it went all over the place. Also I had no control over how much product was dispensed. š
