Oat So Simple Water Cream

Just like its name, it’s so simple. Basic moisturizer that we all need to have one in our stash. Super light weight, cooling and almost feels like a burst of water on the skin!

I don’t think it really suit dry skin especially during winter time because they are not that occlusive

Agreed on the texture - it really does feel like water after applying on the skin! I would use this in summer too.
