ok so i love a good cleanse, I’ve done a few smoothie ones so thought this one would be a walk in the park but boy was I wrong. I guess I didn’t think too much into it when I took this and let me just tell you, if you take this, DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE! you will need to run to the bathroom quite a few times. It comes with 5 packets filled with liquid and the taste was tolerable. It started to work after 1-2 hours and lasted for like 5-7 hours. My suggestion is have an activity lined up like a movie or a book cause you’re gonna need it lol. In the end, I did feel a bit lighter and like my tummy flattened out but I can’t say this is a good solution for weight loss. It also isn’t long term! Proceed with caution when using this product please:
