Niacinamide 5% Toner w Panthenol 1%

I have been looking for hydrating toner for my oily acne prones skin and I am glad I have found Cos de Baha product! It's texture is watery, indeed water-like! No fragrance at all. It absorbs well on my oily skin and hydrates enough. It gives fresh sensation. It treats my acnes' wounds because it contains panthenol eventhough its only 1%. The brightening effect of niacinamide work slow but sure. I love it☺️☺️

Nothing much for now. Its all good since its ingredients are all good!
