100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane

I am in love with it. It's texture is like an oil but It is lightweight and feels more like a hydrator. I use it after cleansing and toning my face and follow it with a moisturiser. It helps sooth and hydrate my skin. It gives a subtle glow and stays for long. If you have dry, normal, combination skin and you are thinking to include a pocket friendly hydrator to your skincare routine, you should definitely try The Ordinary Plant-Derived Squalane. If you have oily skin then this might be little heavy for you and I'll recommend The Ordinary Hemi-Squalane.

Supposedly the Hemi-Squalane has a lower molecular weight and is therefore lighter than typical squalane. I personally think that Hemi-Squalane is better suited for those with oilier complexions and squalane for dry and combo. I will further test and research this out. 😊
