It was tacky, it was not helping makeup adhere evenly, it was neither a good enough moisturiser nor a good enough primer. I think a makeup primer that does not blur pores in any way or that does not smooth out your skin for even application of base makeup, is just a redundancy. It serves literally no purpose.
