I use the living proof triple bond complex after I wash and condition my hair. I put about a large pea size amount in the palm of my hand and rub together, then smoothing over my strands. My hair is down to my waist. My hair is also fine and easily tangled. After using this serum for a while now, I have noticed that my hair feels stronger and less tangled.
