Other benefits include moisturizing care with three kinds of hyaluronic acid. The lightweight formula absorbs quickly into skin for a comfortable and refreshed finish. My review: This Mugwort Super Calming Toner is a clear liquid and comes in a 250ml plastic bottle with a flip top - so it's very easy to use. The product itself has no scent and is not oily at all. This toner also does not burn or irritate your skin, instead it has soothing effects. This toner feels cool and absorbs quickly leaving my face feeling calm and hydrated. I love toners and this one is definitely a new favorite.
