It leaved a translucent sheen that made my faces look very oily. Maybe to some people it gives a more “dewy” look, but for me the sheen was very noticeable. 
Also, it felt a bit irritating on my skin, which that made me avoid putting it on my eyelids. It wasn’t long lasting, but I doubt I’ll buy it again.

Absolutely zero white cast. The texture is very light and spreads easily, without pilling (happened only once)
It didn’t cause me breakouts, even though it DID feel a bit greasy even after a while. It was easy to clean off.
I used it as a daily sunscreen but during the cold season so I can’t attest how well it protects, but my skin never burned
