The timing of receiving the product was excellent as I was in the middle of an acne flare-up. I received a full-sized product, a box of 36 patches. These are hydrocolloid patches that pull out the gunk from your pimples overnight. They come in one size and are applied directly to the pimple. I applied patches to pimples in various stages (ones with a white head visible and ones that did not have a white head visible) and I tried it on large blackheads. For pimples with white heads, the patches did pull out the gunk. This is visible on the pimple patch in the morning along with a smaller-sized pimple. The patches stuck well to the skin and stayed on overnight. I did not have any skin irritation either. These are definitely worth it if you have a pimple with a whitehead.
For blackheads and pimples with no whiteheads, no gunk was removed. I suggest waiting until you have a whitehead before applying the patches to get the most out of the product. I wish the product was able to shrink pimples before the whitehead appears.
