It's all natural and cruelty free which is the premise of its brand. I love the minty cooling effect when it's being applied on lips.

It wasn't as moisturizing and the consistency is kinda dry unlike most Maybelline lipbalms. The color is a bit sheer (which is the case of most lipbalms). It was a bit crumbly when used often.
