This didn’t surpass my expectations hence why I gave it a 4 star - I’m satisfied with it. As someone who has been using serums for almost a decade now, I can tell which serums are great and which ones aren’t.

🧸 The packaging is in a dark brown bottle, which from a scientific point of view, increases shelf life and prevents degradation that can occur from light exposure. I love that this attention to detail was put into this bottle.
🧸 I haven’t really seen bakuchiol and retinol put together in one serum, but the ingredients do not clash and are supposed to work in harmony. I find that this serum’s consistency is a bit thicker than the other serums I’ve used. Not bad, just interesting.
🧸 I know this is fragrance free, although I do smell a little bit of a woodsy citrusy smell (not unpleasant) that is very faint. It doesn’t bother the nose, and I find that it’s generally okay to those with sensitive noses (I’m one of them).
🧸 When wearing this, MAKE SURE you wear sunscreen otherwise you’ll face consequences. I’m already diligent about sunscreen, so this works for me just fine but you still need to be careful about going out in the sun with this. Sunscreen is a must for this.
🧸 Overall, I didn’t find a specific element that blew me away, but I did like how this serum was different from the typical serums I use.
