Hydration Alcohol-Free Toner

This is one of my most trusted brands for toners. Its super lightweight, great for dry/sensitive skin types, and very calming and hydrating to the skin. I've been using this since high school and it helps soothe and moisturize my skin. In result, it helps in having plump and hydrated skin!!! Also, it has no scent at all and great for a refreshing feel for prepping step. I also like that it's hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. It just proves its claims on this product and super duper safe or people who have eczema or atopic dermatitis.

This is a really good toner however the effect of this toner can only last awhile. I suggest that if you notice that your skin hasn't change that much after months or years of using this toner. Then it just means you already have exhausted all benefits you can procure.
