I am on the fence about this product. It helps hydrate and soothe my skin well, but it’s just way too oily for me (this is my own doing considering I have oily skin). It gives a really nice dewy glow on the skin, but it’s too much for my skin. It takes some time for the oil to absorb into the skin. You also only get 30 capsules. For the price of £14.95 (when converted it equals to $26 CAD), you only get enough product for 1 month (if used daily). I think that is slightly high in price for only 1 month worth of product. In the end, I think those with more dry skin types will enjoy this product. Those with oily skin, skip this and try Skin Proud’s Sleep Hero face mask.
