Do help a bit like, clear only on a surface (after try hard, doing massage and squeeze a little bit tht area) , but didn&#39;t completely clean or reduce the white head or black head. Totally like ordinary balm. Nothing diff. Cannot rinse away just using only warm water as they claimed.

Its a balm texture. After applying on skin, it turns oily. Hv a tea tree smell. Need to massage up to 5min and squeeze a little bit on tht black head or white head area. Helping the surface layer on a skin, which is a upper layer of white head or black head to be removed.
