It contains moisturizing ingredients such as jojoba seed oil, meadow foam oil, and olive fruit oil--and works as a normal lip plumper. You know, with that plumping / stinging sensation, and then you can just choose to leave it on, or wipe it off with tissue (I did film a video of me using this so do watch out for that on my channel soon). You can use this when you are getting ready for an event, or as a lip mask at night. I'd say it really does volumize the lips a bit (temporarily, of course), and moisturizes it really well.

If you are new to using products like this, you might be surprised with the stinging sensation, but that's fine. It's normal. Otherwise, I have no other issues with this.
