Watery in consistency, feels nice on the skin. Doesnt sting or make my skin red

The packaging makes this look 50ml when it’s 30ml. Most products will be 30ml so nothing bad just an annoying thing about glass packaging. Also, i’m not actually sure on the differences between a serum and ampole so I get a bit confused with where in my routine it should go and how often I can use it. So I’m not sure I’m getting the full benefits of it
