It absorbs into your skin super quickly and does not leave your skin feeling dry or oily after. It has niacinamide which is a great ingredient for acne prone skin and also helps to brighten your complexion. I really love this toner because not only does it not contain comedogenic ingredients, but it also genuinely helps to give your skin a glow. This is definitely become my favourite toner
I had no side effects from this toner. The only thing I would say is that it is definitely a lot more of a watery toner compared to other rice toners and milky toners(like the tirtir milky toner and the haruharu wonder rice toner are both a lot thicker in consistency). This makes the I’m from rice toner a bit harder to apply without it getting everywhere unless you use a cotton pad to apply it.
