This is a cleansing oil formulated with Heartleaf and various plant oils (Jojoba Oil, Olive Fruit Oil, and Grape Seed Oil), designed to effectively dissolve makeup and remove impurities and excess oil from pores. The Heartleaf helps to prevent and soothe irritation and sensitivity during cleansing.
I have always been wary of using overly greasy cleansing oils because they tend to clog my pores and cause breakouts. Unfortunately, the Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil is exactly thatâextremely greasy (50 times greasier than the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Light Cleansing Oil).
As I expected, it was very greasy during use, and this heavy greasiness made me uncomfortable. Even after emulsifying with water, I still needed to use a facial cleanser for a second cleanse to completely remove the oily residue. Since this product doesnât suit my skin type, I couldnât enjoy the experience, so Iâm unable to provide any valuable or useful review of it.
