Madagascar Centella Toning Toner

I would say this toner is scentless, I cant detect any noticeable scent on it. I love how thin and watery this toner, it is so comfortable for daily use day and night. Using PHA as the exfoliating agent, I can guarantee that even sensitive skin people will love this toner. This toner is suitable to everyone especially for those who have sensitive, acne-prone skin as it contains Centella extract, also it helps my skin to absorb the next skincare perfectly. Also this toner is so great at removing the blemishes on my skin! I do get the benefit from Cica, it soothes my irritated skin so well.

Useless as exfoliating toner. After using it for a while, my skin texture is still the same and doesn't feel softer or anything than before. I guess PHA alone is not enough for me. I do expect it because it is an exfoliating toner. It gives me squeaky finishing that feels quite tight on my skin. May not suitable for dry skin type. Not that hydrating, expensive water 😂😂

Why people says it's not an exfoliating toner, it literally an exfoliating toner, there's PHA 😭🫠 The quote from brand website, "What It Is: A gentle PHA exfoliating toner that can be used daily to thoroughly improve skin texture"
