Honestly this is not too hard on your wallet and will do the trick! It is so easy to apply and with a curler, your lashes will look so long and have volume. A few of my friends have pointed this out! In terms of waterproofness, I can say it is effective with a little drench.

Ofcourse, wetting your whole face for an extended period of time will make it run already. But overall, pretty good
