Let’s start off by saying that this sunscreen would be, without a shadow of doubt, my holy grail sunscreen, ONLY if it didn’t contain essential oils. It’s that amazing in my mind, I’m going to start off with things that I love about it.
Texture:
The best part of this sunscreen. I can’t believe this is even a sunscreen, it is so watery. More so than a light cream in my opinion, it feels like a very light and runny, much like a serum even. It spreads out so easily and absorbs quickly because of the watery texture. I haven’t noticed it pilling on me and it sits very nicely under make-up.
Finish:
No white-cast. Physical sunscreen and no white-cast, whaaaat?? It’s true. It does leave quite a dewy finish though, but I love the dewy look.
The scent, orange and lavender oils make the sunscreen smell fresh and citrusy. It’s still a bit too strong for me. The scent hasn’t irritated my skin so far, but I feel like the potential is there with this amount of fragrance.
Another con is that the tube size is quite small! I can use the 40 ml in about three weeks. So even though it’s affordable, it’s slightly smaller as well.
