Neutrogena - sumbellissima review for Norwegian Formula Lip Moisturizer with SPF 15

I bought this lipbalm because I prefer lipbalms with spf and it's by Neutrogena. It claims to have SPF 20 and has a 12M PAO. And it's also cheap, like less than $2 each. The lipbalm is cloudy white. It claims to be fragrance-free but it has a faint smell so it's probably from the ingredients. It also has a taste that I am not found of. However, it is very moisturizing although I have to reapply several times a day to keep my lips soft and moisturized.
