Rovectinโs hydrating ๐ฝ๐๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐๐ญ makes this toner really moisturizing. I personally feel like I could skip my moisturizer and still be moisturized all day by using this one alone.
It does take slightly longer to absorb compared to the other two toners Iโm using, but I donโt have to do multiple layers of this to reach the hydration my skin needs.
