I use this toner both as an exfoliating and hydrating toner by soaked the cotton pad and apply on the senstive area for at least 5 minutes before gently rub and tap to whole facial area. This toner really helps to reduce inflamation/redness especially on sensitive areas. After at least two weeks of usage I feel that my skin is now brighter, smoother, and more supple than before.
