I am posting this review about multiple shades in the Juicy tint line, not just almond rose!
*Juicy Lasting Tint Ripe Fruit Series #19
Almond Rose:* This shade really highlighted the natural color of my lips. It appears more brownish pink on my skin, but on my lips it definitely appeared as a pretty pink color. After applying the tint is quite glossy, but the longer you have it on your lips the more the gloss fades.
The tint that remains is a very subtle effect that will highlight your natural lip color, and it looks just as great if you want to add more shine by applying more layers once the gloss fades.
*Juicy Lasting Tint #20 Dark Coconut:* I was tempted to purchase this shade because the online photos I saw promoting it looked very pretty as a deep red with brownish undertones.
For me, though, the shade looks a lot more brown than I thought it was going to be. You can see a bit of the red tones in this shade, but I feel as though the brown stands out more prominently than it does in the shade Radwood in the Blur Fudge Tint.
*Juicy Lasting Tint #24 Peeling Angdoo:* This color is all l imagined it to be. It is the perfect shade of red that is not too subtle, but also not too overpowering. This can be worn for every day wear or for special occasions. I found myself reapplying to my lips because I love the way the gloss appears as a lip tint.
When rom&nd said juicy tint, they meant JUICY. This is absolutely a go-to shade. It applies as being a more red toned tint, but once the gloss fades it becomes more of a neutral red/pink vibe.
I thought that Radwood in the blur fudge tint line would appear to be more brown, but Dark Coconut in this line appears that way. If you are looking for a deep red shade that many influencers promote this color as being, try it out yourself and see how it appears on your skin tone.
The tint also doesn’t last very long, you will find yourself reapplying to keep the shade!
