I’ve started my search for eczema safe,preggy safe exfoliant in 2019 when I found this brand Leiapure. Btw, I was pregnant back then and I happened to have eczema and symptoms of rosacea too.So I became too careful about skincare.I tried a bottle of this toner july of 2019 and kept it in a fridge.It lasted about 4-6mos. Now 2022, I’m still using this one and this has become my holy grail toner.
✔️Texture:a little bit sticky and watery so I suggest NOT to use a cotton ball or pad since it will be just a waste of toner. Use your hands to apply instead.
✔️Effect on skin: at first try I felt a LITTLE sting but disappeared after 2-3 uses. I recommend that you gradually introduce it and not abruptly. After a 2 weeks my skin really is smooth.After a month I’ve had the glass skin thing they call when I look at the mirror.
Nothing really! Just the basics about exfoliants.
✔️You should use a really good moisturizer because like other exfoliants, this may dry your skin and compromise skin barrier in the long run. I use cetaphil,cerave and physiogel that time and it all went okay.
✔️Don’t use it for 2mos straight. I recommend you give your skin 10-15 days rest from exfoliants after a month of straight using one.
