: this is a soothing cocktail π€ azulene isnβt fairly large but I really do stand by it! This ampoule is a beautiful blue due to the azulene with cute ceramide capsules to help soothe and strengthen the skin. I found this to be effective for my hormonal acne which had been quite irritated and red - this ampoule reduced the redness and inflammation over a few nights. I found it had a thick gel like consistency yet my skin absorbed it really well with no greasy feeling. The capsules are so unique - they pop when you spread it across the skin and I love the way it performed. I will have to use the ampoule for a longer period of time to see itβs effects on my skin barrier but I am please to say itβs a lovely experience with soothing properties!
β: I didnβt really find this to be hydrating, it was slightly drying actually (perhaps due to the denatured alcohol). Itβs not the most soothing product I have tried - it took a couple of goes to see a difference in my inflammations but I do have other products which perform better in terms of soothing. This products also contains essential oils so might not be the best for my sensitive peeps.
I do think itβs worth a try perhaps when its on sale, itβs quite a unique formulation!
