My face felt hydrated and plump afterwards. So I would say this is a good serum, but probably best for oilier skin types. For drier skin types, I would say make sure your face is slightly more wet than damp.
When I first used this, I applied it on a semi-damp face(after toner). Bad idea. It got really sticky and tacky, and my whole face felt so tight. So, I asked around to see how some others were using this serum and tried again.
This time, I used this right after cleansing, with my face still wet(but not dripping). And it worked!
