I felt this toner has made a big difference to my skin. After one week, i feel it helps me to hydrate, lightens my dull skin and helps to prepare my skin for other products. Usually, i only use 2 layers with my hand, and it feels very moisturizing already. For a better effect, you can apply this toner on a cotton pad and put it to your face as a face mask.
