🌼 Rovectin Cica Toner is a watery type toner that's very hydrating to skin, lightweight, and absorbs fast.. I enjoy layering my usage as it is very light but gives enough hydration my oily skin needs 🌼 This is a huge bottle for me! I normally have 100ml bottle of toner so this is a bit huge. It took a while to finish it 🌼 Helped in calming my existing cystic acne.

💮 This isn't something major but I find it weird that it's bubbling when I use it
